**Course Description:**
This one hour course is presented by Karson L. Carpenter, president of Compliance Training Partners, and will review top OSHA violations seen over the past year. The course will allow participants to see areas in which they may be vulnerable to citation and fine and provide practical solutions for preventing them. Participants will receive access to a detailed compliance audit application that will allow them to evaluate their facility and formulate a plan for achieving full compliance.

**Course Objectives:**
1. Understand the most common areas an OSHA inspector will focus on in your facility.
2. Know how to dramatically decrease the chances of your office being inspected.
3. Be able to utilize best practices for organizing your dental team to assist you in achieving and maintaining compliance.
4. Learn how to best respond to a notice of OSHA inspection.
5. Know how to properly contest an OSHA citation and fine.
