There are hundreds of cements currently on the market. What cement do we use for what material? How can we inventory so many different types? How confusing are all the choices for our dental assistants? This course will review universal, self-adhesive, adhesive and conventional cements and their mechanisms. Guidelines for cement selection based on substrate and restorative material will be presented. A new multifunctional cement and core product will be introduced.
