**Course Description:** Predictable restorative outcomes in pediatric dentistry depend on accurate diagnosis, thoughtful material selection, and appropriate clinical armamentarium. Treatment decisions must align with lesion size, depth, cavitation status, caries risk assessment, and anticipated patient cooperation. This one-hour webinar presents an evidence-based framework for restorative care in the primary dentition. Participants will review diagnostic and clinical considerations that influence material choice. Comparative discussion will include resin composite, glass ionomer–based materials, bioactive options, and full-coverage approaches when indicated.
