The problem of burnout in our profession continues to escalate as many dentists are reporting higher levels of job dissatisfaction.  The factors that contribute to this rise are plentiful and, until recently, feeling burned out has been a taboo subject to discuss.  With the recent ICD inclusion of an official “Burnout Syndrome” diagnosis, it is time to speak openly about this crisis and find effective and manageable solutions to protect ourselves and others in the dental community who are suffering.  Whether you are just beginning your career in dentistry, are starting to see the signs of burnout or are already feeling burned out, this webinar will  provide essential information and solutions for you.
